JOBS

Practice Manager

The Practice Manager reports to the Clinical Trustee and is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the charity.

The role is best suited to an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist with considerable clinical experience either in private practice or with an agency. Although the role may involve some degree of mentoring and pastoral care of practitioners, this is not a supervisory role as all our therapists have their own supervisors and the charity provides group supervision.

Remuneration

The Practice Manager will complete a timesheet and be paid £20 per hour for work completed. Annual remuneration is a maximum of £7,800 (30 hours per month plus 30 hours per year for meetings). This is payable monthly. All reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.

Apply
Please email your CV and a covering letter to Julian Sharples, Chair of Trustees. The closing date for applications is 9am, Monday 29 March 2021. Interviews will be held in the week commencing 29 March.

Volunteer Fundraiser / Bid Writer

We are seeking a volunteer Fundraiser and/or Bid Writer to support our work, which makes a huge difference to many people living in and around Oxford. You can carry out the role wherever you are based.

Although the role is best suited to those with fundraising experience, related skills and experience will be considered. Good teamwork and communication skills are essential. The role offers opportunities to develop your fundraising skills, meet new people in the charity and counselling community, and obtain insights into the running of a successful local charity.

Hours
Ideally you would be able to devote 8-16 hours a month to fundraising, but we may consider someone who can work fewer hours.

Remuneration
This is a voluntary role, but all reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.

Apply
Please email your CV and a covering letter to Juliet Henderson, Fundraising Trustee.
